High quality raw material, modern pellet installation, experienced team - the result is – MOST Pellet!

The pellet we offer are made of 100% coniferous wood from areas with controlled logging. We log the wood by ourselves, from which we subsequently produce the pellet with brand MOST to ensure the high quality of the final product.

We have a modern 1000 kg/h pellet installation equipped with pellet presses of the Italian company General Dies. The production of pellet in the factory in the village of Most is fully automated and dust-free, because the more autonomous and automated a pellet line is, the better the final product is.

The technology we use involves a process of mandatory removal of wood bark. This ensures the production of pellet from pure high quality wood.

In a small and low-efficient production plant it is difficult to control the individual steps of wood processing. As a result, there are large differences in the quality of the different batches of output products.

In the MOST factory the quality control is carried out on several levels - at the entrance - only premium quality raw material is selected, in the mixing silos the constant proportion of the different types of sawdust is monitored, the constant temperature and humidity of the material are monitored in the drying chamber, at the exit the vision and the integrity of the packaging of the final product are controlled.

The pellets production in Most is directed to the wholesale of pellets in bags of 15kg, arranged on 1t pallets.
